Carter & Jeff started MotivoIQ to equip consumer products leaders who, as they experienced, are forced to spend their time fighting fires affecting current customers. Often in the form of out-of-stock and overstock products.

Carter Posey, CEO

Over nearly two decades, Carter has led product launches, recalls, seasonality, and deletions from production to marketing consumer products for multiple Fortune 500 Companies. When either data or experience drove decisions alone, Carter developed preemptive approaches combining automated monitoring with context from people’s experience.

Carter earned an MBA from Georgia Tech and BS from Drexel University (Engineering & Decision Sciences). He led operations, sales, & marketing teams for businesses from $100k to $800M. Applying his experiences, he held key roles in corporate transformation for KPMG’s clients.

Jeff Joseph, Cofounder

Jeff has ensured global enterprises evolve their plans for continuous operations amidst changing conditions. He is skilled at adapting analytics to identify factors creating risks.

Alumnus of Georgia Tech (MBA), Georgia State University (BBA Risk Management), & Bank of America.
